Portfolio & Assets
A Portfolio Built for the Long Term
Founders Energy holds a diversified portfolio of mineral rights, royalty interests, and non-operated working interests across premier U.S. producing basins — assembled through disciplined acquisition and managed with institutional rigor.
Portfolio Overview
Diversified. Durable. Growing.
Our portfolio is concentrated in the highest-quality producing basins in the United States — geographies with proven geology, active operator development programs, and decades of remaining inventory. We do not chase yield at the expense of quality.
Each position in our portfolio was acquired through a rigorous evaluation process and is actively monitored post-acquisition. We track production performance, operator activity, and development plans across every asset — ensuring our portfolio is performing to its potential at all times.

Asset Composition
Three Asset Types. One Unified Strategy.
01
Mineral Rights
Fee mineral ownership across premier U.S. basins. Our mineral positions provide perpetual royalty income with no capital expenditure obligations — the most durable form of energy asset ownership.
02
Royalty Interests
Overriding royalty interests and term royalties providing contracted revenue streams across multiple formations and operators. Evaluated on acreage quality, operator development programs, and long-term production profiles.
03
Non-Operated Working Interests
Working interest participation alongside best-in-class operators in proven development programs. Selected for operator quality, capital efficiency, and alignment of economic interests.
Geographic Footprint
Where We Own
Our acquisition activity is concentrated in the premier producing basins of the continental United States. We follow the geology and the operators — maintaining active positions in basins where we have the highest conviction in long-term development activity and production durability.
West Texas & Southeast New Mexico
Permian Basin
Our largest area of focus. The Permian is the most prolific oil basin in the United States, with decades of remaining inventory across the Midland and Delaware sub-basins. We maintain active mineral and royalty acquisition programs across both plays.
Oklahoma & Kansas
Mid-Continent
A mature, diversified producing region with a robust royalty acquisition market. We target mineral and royalty positions in the SCOOP, STACK, and Anadarko Basin where operator activity supports long-term production and development.
Colorado & Wyoming
DJ Basin
A premier Rockies oil play with concentrated operator activity and strong well economics. We evaluate mineral and royalty opportunities across Weld County and the broader Niobrara/Codell fairway.
South Texas
Eagle Ford
A proven South Texas oil and gas play with a well-established royalty market. We selectively acquire mineral and royalty interests in the oil and condensate windows where operator economics are most compelling.
Portfolio Management
Active Stewardship of Every Position
Production Monitoring
We track production performance across every position in the portfolio — comparing actual results to type curves, identifying underperformance, and engaging with operators when warranted.
Operator Engagement
We maintain active relationships with the operators on our acreage — staying informed on development plans, upcoming AFEs, and any operational changes that could affect our positions.
Portfolio Optimization
We continuously evaluate the composition of our portfolio — identifying opportunities to add complementary positions, consolidate acreage, or recycle capital from mature assets into higher-growth opportunities.
Market Intelligence
We stay current on basin-level activity, operator capital programs, and commodity market dynamics — ensuring our portfolio strategy reflects the best available information at all times.
